Refund policy
We want you to love your MATT3R product. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
To request a return of your K3Y device, simply email us at support@matt3r.ai within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in good condition and include the original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility and will not be covered as part of the refund.
Please note: This return policy applies only to physical products (such as the K3Y device). It does not cover digital subscriptions, services, or third-party items.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app interface. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. While we don’t offer partial refunds for subscription time already used, your access will continue through the remainder of the current period.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, email support@matt3r.ai right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.
