ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order has been confirmed.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

A flat rate shipping fee as set out in the table below applies to all orders of a single K3Y device. The shipping fee is waived for any orders of two or more K3Y devices.

DUTIES AND TAXES

United States: import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout and prepaid on your shipment. Nothing further is due at delivery.

Canada: no import duties apply.

Other countries: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) charged by the carrier on delivery. These are your responsibility.
